Donald E. Millard is co-founder of Carolina Realty and is broker-in-charge. He has been a licensed broker since 1975 and a Realtor since 1980. Don has served on the Johnston County Board of Realtors as a director and is currently on the Johnston County Board of Realtors as a mediator and chairperson of the professional standards committee. He is also a member of Edgerton United Methodist Church. Pamela J. Millard is co-founder of Carolina Realty. She has been a broker and realtor with Carolina Realty since 1980. She is a former Johnston County Board of Realtor’s vice president, former president and two-time Johnston County Board of Realtor’s “Realtor of the Year.” She is a member of Edgerton United Methodist Church. Don and Pam have 1 daughter, Joey and 2 grandchildren, Carley and Dawson. Interests include sail & motor boating, water sports, racquet sports, biking, golf, health club, snow skiing, theater, dining, travel, and sharing it all with friends and family.
