Growing up in Johnston County has been a privilege for me.  After traveling to and living in some of our states larger cities, I've learned that Johnston County and its surrounding communities have the perfect combination of country and city living.  Being a native of Smithfield has allowed me to gain favorable contacts as well as important knowledge of the Johnston County area.  In 2007, I received an Associate of Arts degree from Wake Technical Community College, and in 2009, I graduated from East Carolina University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.  My time at ECU taught me marketing techniques that flow into my real estate practice. As a business professional, I know that clients are number one, communication is key, and advanced technology will allow me to be a step ahead.  I am thrilled to be a part of the Joey Millard-Edwards Team, as we have been agent of the year for nine consecutive years. With our “team concept” we are able to service a multitude of clients at one time…it’s like having five agents in one.  My underlying knowledge of the Johnston County area, my education in the marketing field, and my fun yet professional approach to putting the client’s needs first will allow me to get you RESULTS!  I look forward to hearing from you!
