Donald is married to Denise Byrd who is an administrator in the Johnston County School System. He has two children. His daughter, Leslie, is 17, and his son, Don, is 14. They are students in Johnston County Schools. Donald is active in his church where he serves on several committees and has been in involved in the leadership of his son’s Boy Scout Troop and the coaching of his son’s baseball team. Donald is a Past President and member of the Johnston County Association of Realtors and is presently serving in the 8th year on its Board of Directors. He has been a Broker since 1991.
